A personality test and a basic aptitude test are conducted to determine whether an applicant has the capability to perform a task successfully.

03Working-Level Interview

An interview is conducted by the working-level business team to evaluate the overall capability of the applicant and to determine whether the applicant can perform a job successfully.

  • SI(Structured Interview) : A structured interview to verify an applicant's competence.

  • DISE(Doosan Integrated Simulation Exercise) : An interview in which presentations and Q&A sessions are conducted after being given a virtual business case.

  • Job Suitability Interview : An interview designed to evaluate the applicant's capability to perform a specific job after joining the company.
