In regard to environmental issues, Doosan Enerbility follows the principle of preventive approach and has developed plans for preventing or reducing environmental degradation and disasters.
Doosan Enerbility will take precautionary measures as specified by law in the design, manufacturing, and marking of products to prevent any harm from being inflicted on customers in their life, health and safety due to product defects. In the event of any damage, Doosan Enerbility will inform customers of the danger and take the necessary steps, such as immediately recalling the products in question. As Doosan Enerbility respects our customers’ privacy, we will take the necessary steps to ensure the security of their personal information.
