Code of Conduct
Doosan has been cultivating an ethical corporate culture by putting into practice the company’s core values, such as honesty, transparency, and fairness throughout all its operations. While working towards the goal of ethical management, Doosan has been establishing a strong corporate-wide system aimed at preventing ethical violations and has been doing its best to prevent unethical behavior and corruption from occurring in our supply chain by adopting a systematic ethical management system.
Management of Suppliers’ Code of Conduct
Doosan runs Code of Conduct training programs for the employees of its partners, through which it introduces its Code of Conduct and provides guidance on how to file reports on violations.
In addition, the company has also established a set of evaluation metrics to assess the risk of corruption among new and prospective business partners.
