Green Procurement

To fulfill its social responsibility concerning the production and consumption of green products, Doosan has signed a voluntary green procurement agreement with the government and is increasing its purchases of eco-friendly products*. The company built the foundation for systematic green procurement by establishing related guidelines in 2011. It has been operating the GEMS (Green Energy Monitoring System) in connection with its ERP system in order to support the selection of eco-friendly products from the initial purchasing stage, and a process has also been set up to facilitate the automatic monitoring of the improvement results.
